A chartered accountant since 1979 and tax specialist since 1981, Wayne serves a broad range of clients on a wide variety of income tax matters.

Prior to founding the firm with Bob McMane in 1994, Wayne was a tax partner in the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, The Canadian Tax Foundation and The Financial Standards Council of Canada.
He is a Mathematics graduate from the University of Waterloo.
