Mini Calendar in Act

In addition to the regular daily, weekly and monthly calendars in Act that we all go to in order to check activities, there is a mini calendar that you may not be aware of.

If you hit Function Key F4 while on the contact screen, a three month calendar pops up.  You can move from month to month using the arrows on the second of the three calendars.  Hitting F4 will turn it off again.

If you position the calendar in the bottom right corner of your Act contact record, it will remember that as where you want it to pop up.  This calendar can be quite useful when just looking at dates without being concerned with activities.  If you are on your regular daily calendar and pop up the mini calendar, selecting a date from the mini calendar will also change the view on your daily calendar.

Give it a try - you might find it a time saver.
