Modifying Write Menu

 

If you want to add to your menu of choices of documents to write, click on write then click on modify menu.  Click on Add an Item, then choose a template that you often use and also enter a command name to display in the menu then click OK.  You can also move your choices up and down so that the items you use most often are at the top of your personal list.
